Step is to create content by researching problems that your target audience needs to be solved:
Post to your Blog, Fanpage, Youtube and Twitter account or any number of Social Media today that you are involved with.
After you have defined your Niche, you need to go after it.
If you are marketing to Dog’s, you need to specify what type of Niche you can precisely decide to create content for and to market to.
- Dog tags
- Dog Leashes
- Dog Grooming
- Dog Boarding
- Dog Training
- Dog Problems
- Dog Clean up
- Dog Owners
- Dog Lovers
- Dog Photographers
- Dog Enthusiasts
You get the idea right. Anything that you want to specialize in and take it to a very refined Niche will be better. Like Maybe you have a Dog Brush, but not just a brush. A puppy brush with tender bristles made from Camel whiskers. The more refined the Niche. The better it is for you.
You need your business to stand out in front of the crowd and specifying a Niche can help you above and beyond the masses.
Once you have specified a niche now you need to create content for that Niche.
Do this by simply talking about what problems that your niche might have. Go in and do some research on puppy brushes for instance.
Go in and identify a common problem that most users have and provide a solution. This can help users who already have the problem and help identify problems for new potential users to avoid when choosing something new.
So if we go back to the puppy dog brush example we could do research on the brush and find that there are fibers made from Cat whiskers are much cheaper and they don’t fall out as easy.
By identifying a problem that your niche commonly has you can then research and provide a solution for them and create content for it.
When you are going to create content keep this simple law of reciprocity in mind to help you in your guidelines.
Provide Value up front. If we go back to the example point out that users have made comments on how they have had problems with their brushes bristles falling out. How the dry temperature from shipment from the Middle East can easily damage the brushes thereby hurting the tender puppy fur and the bristle loosing brushes.
Now you have identified a problem by pointing out the heat damages the brushes so it’s a buyer beware. Now you can steer them into a solution to that problem. You can offer brushes that are not shipped in the heat, or that have a guarantee or that are made from cat whisker instead of camel whiskers.
As long as you are providing value in your solution, you will be able to capture this person’s attention like a magnet. This will create a relationship that will solidify like glue and you will be able to create a new lead or sale with this tactic.
So now you need to go out there and create content. Create content that is exciting and engaging and provides value up front and you will leaps and bounds ahead of the game.
The next step of the Boot Camp will talk about how to use on page optimization to help your content be found and what tools you can use to help your content rank.
For now create content on video, blogs, and tweets and get the ball rolling with instant Value when you create content.
